The presentation of products on the Website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).
By clicking “Order Print,” you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation of the order or upon delivery.
We offer personalized art prints created from a customer-uploaded photo using artificial intelligence (Google Nano Banana Pro), transformed into 8 artistic style variations and printed as a 3×3 grid in a framed format.
Note: AI-generated images are artistic interpretations. Minor deviations from the preview image are possible and do not constitute a defect.
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT where applicable [OR: “Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged.”].
Shipping costs are included in the price.
Payment is processed via the payment service provider Shopify. Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping is handled by our production partner Gelato, which operates production facilities worldwide. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Germany and 5–10 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary by destination.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for individually manufactured goods pursuant to § 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), as each print is individually produced according to the customer's specifications.

Statutory warranty rights apply. If your print arrives damaged, we will send you a free replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected. This does not apply to damages to life, body, or health.
The customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the uploaded photo and that no third-party rights are infringed. The customer indemnifies the Provider against third-party claims.
Uploading illegal, offensive, or personality-rights-infringing content is prohibited.
Style variations are generated using AI (Imagen via Google Cloud Vertex AI). The customer is informed about the use of AI before generation. Generated images are labeled as AI-generated in accordance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act), Article 50.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
